Get to know her

About Madison.

Utah Native. Singing Realtor. Mom of two. Wife of a Michigander. Real estate agent who remembers the details.

I met my husband in a video game.

I met my husband in a video game. He was in Michigan. I was in Utah. I had just gotten catfished, so when I decided he was the real deal I didn't waste any time. I bought a plane ticket and flew out to meet a stranger from the internet.

Still a little dumb? Maybe. But I have two beautiful babies and three chaotic dogs because of that video game, so I'm calling it a win.

We got married in 2019 and built a life that looks a lot like us: loud, full, and a little unconventional.

The house that raised me.

I've moved 19 times across Utah. Not because my dad was in the military. The why isn't as important as what it taught me.

By the time I was 9 years old I knew how to clean a house, stage it, and get it sold. I didn't realize that was unusual until I was much older. I just thought that's what you did when you moved. You made the house look its best and you let it go. Turns out that's exactly what real estate agents do, and I had a decade of practice before I ever got my license.

What our life actually looks like.

I am extremely indoorsy. If there is a couch, a good show, and all five of my people (two small, three furry) in the same room, that's a perfect Saturday.

But once a year we go full send.

FANX, Salt Lake City's three-day comic con, is a non-negotiable event in our house. My son has already started asking people what they're dressing up as for FANX instead of Halloween. My siblings and I formed a band specifically to perform there, which keeps us accountable to practicing every single week. My brother is incredible on keys. My sister somehow shreds the violin. And if you've ever seen my handle anywhere online, “the singing realtor,” then you already know that singing is a serious part of my life.

I grew up singing in church and at community events. When I became a real estate agent and started posting content, my family and friends started demanding I sing it. So I do my best.

Music, family, real estate, and a video game that accidentally changed everything. That's us.

We are also big Disneyland fans.

In January 2024 the Magic Keys went on sale. I already had tickets booked for February. I called Disneyland and asked if I could upgrade to a Magic Key since I knew we were going at least twice that year and the passes would pay for themselves. They told me I could only upgrade at the gate.

So I loaded up my 2 year old and drove to California.

We stood in a 6 hour line at guest services and were one of the last parties to snag one. We got into the park at 7pm, ate at Hungry Bear, rode two rides, and left.

We didn't go twice that year. We went seven times.

I tell this story because it's a pretty good picture of how far I'm willing to go to get the best deal.

Why any of this matters for you.

I told you all of that because I think you should know who you're hiring.

I care about people. I remember the details. And I will work as hard for you as I would for my own family.
